For schools and therapists
For schools and therapists
Building the foundations of learning, one perception at a time.
This page is for teachers, therapists and educational professionals. The programme looks at the relationship between visual development and learning. It has been offered since 1988, including in London, and is led by Elsa du Plessis.
Elsa Protocol is the desktop programme: Elsa Perceptual Sorting, for Mac and Windows. It includes 72 perceptual card decks and 27 language card decks. It is based on the visual perceptual sorting programme by Elsa du Plessis.
The current desktop programme stores children’s information on the computer where it is installed. This website does not collect it, and it has no logins for children.
The thinking behind the cards is set out in Art of Seeing.
