VOLS

For parents

Little eyes. Big discoveries.

You teach your child a great deal. This work asks a quieter question alongside that: how does your child learn to see, perceive and think?

VOLS is led by Elsa du Plessis. Her visual-perceptual development programme has run since 1988. More than 5,000 children have completed it, and it is also offered in London.

The book Art of Seeing sets out the thinking. The Perceptual Play Cards are the activities. Elsa Protocol is the desktop form of that card work, for Mac and Windows.
